How do I book an outstation ambulance from Hyderabad?
Call or WhatsApp with the pickup location, destination, the patient's current condition and when you need to leave. We'll suggest a suitable ambulance and confirm availability and the quotation before dispatch.
Which ambulance does my patient need?
The treating doctor decides the level of care. As a guide: stable patients usually need a basic ambulance, patients on oxygen need oxygen for the whole journey, and patients needing close monitoring or ventilatory support need an ICU or ventilator ambulance.
Can the ambulance go to another state?
Yes. Interstate journeys are planned like any long-distance transfer, with documents travelling with the patient and the receiving hospital confirmed before departure.
Can a family member travel with the patient?
Usually one or two family members can travel, depending on the vehicle and equipment on board. Tell us how many people need to travel when you call.
Are you available at night and on holidays?
Yes. Sri Loukya is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays. The vehicle and crew for your journey are confirmed when you call.
